If service is required, we have our own, well-trained and experienced service technicians to ensure that the functionality of your SNCR system is guaranteed.

To ensure a long service life for your SNCR system, we create individual, system-specific maintenance and service plans. After completing the work, you will receive a detailed maintenance report. We maintain your system and optimize it according to the latest findings.

For repairs or the replacement of parts, we offer you quality-tested spare and wear parts in OEM quality. When spare parts are required, we guarantee fast, reliable delivery and high availability from stock. We would be happy to create tailor-made spare parts packages for you and advise you on your warehousing.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE INCLUDES TO

• Check the pipes, fittings, drives and control valve for leaks
• Check the injection lances as well as the cooling water lances and nozzles for wear and contamination in the mixing chamber, exchange of nozzles, inner tubes, protective tubes, if necessary
• Clean the variable area flow meter in the mixing and measuring modules if increased contamination is recognizable or necessary Replacement of wearing parts and defective parts
• Check the local pressure gauges and adjust if necessary
• Check the pressure regulator and possibly readjust the pressures (only possible during operation)
• Check the control parameters and, if necessary, readjust the control characteristics in cooperation with the operating personnel (possibly only possible during operation) Checking and cleaning the optical pyrometers

Function control of the safety-relevant facilities in the warehouse; this includes to

• Check of the overfill protection in connection with the automatic shut-off valve of the discharge line
